Job Summary
With their recent exponential growth, and unrivalled access to data to innovate new products in the life industry, our client is recruiting a dynamic EXECUTIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER to grow their brokerage network.
The major activities of the EXECUTIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER include:
- Identifying and onboarding new Brokers and ensuring the profitable growth of the assigned Broker portfolios
- Establish and maintain strong broker relationships
- Establish and maintain relationships with Retirement Fund trustees
- Sell the key products (Group Schemes) to the brokers
- Client relationship management and collaborating with the Sales & Distribution team in lead generation
Essential requirements:
- NQF 6 qualification in an FSB recognised qualification
- RE 5 (Representatives) – non-negotiable.
- RE 1 (Key Individual) and CFP designation is advantageous
- 3-5 years proven experience in the Employee Benefits industry
This role will suit an Executive Account Manager who has a strong network of established brokers, and who enjoys developing relationships that generate long-term success.
