Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Attention to detail.
- Influencer skills.
- Be able to work in a team and have strong leadership abilities.
- Motivated and enthusiastic for results.
- Excellent time management skills.
- N6 or Trade test in electrical. A diploma or degree would be an advantage.
- Driver’s license.
- Knowledge of regional operations.
- At least 1 to 3 years exposure to a BMS environment.
- Initiative and information seeking.
- Be flexible and available on short notice.
- Ability to investigate and pick up new trends.
- Ability to assist TO.
- Communication in a professional manner.
- Display an understanding of the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of BMS at the company campus.
- Proactively inspect equipment daily.
- Detection of potential and present faults.
- Logging and tracking of requests.
- Perform ad-hoc inspections as required by a customer.
- Proactive monitoring of sites.
- Accurate interpretation of alarms.
- Decision making in terms of dispatching technical officers to site.
- Establishing and coordinating conference calls between customers.
