Our client is searching for an HR Admin who holds a degree in HR and has relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for HR executives
Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations, and days off
Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
