Provide finance support to subsidiaries with the Group Tasks would include: Oversee the AP function for local and foreign suppliers Maintain the GL and completion of monthly GL recons Process month-end journals and balance loan accounts Monthly and quarterly financial reporting to the holding company Group Treasury function Oversee stock counts and process stock count adjustments Prepare monthly commission schedules Maintain fixed assets register for some subsidiaries Prepare and submit monthly VAT and withholding tax returns Provide support and assistance with systems / process automation Assist with various statutory compliance requirements B.Com finance degree essential Advanced MS Excel skills Previous experience in wholesale, distribution or retail industry Min. of 4 years commercial experience in a similar role Previous experience in a supervisory role
