OE/Business Effectiveness Manager
R1m - R1.5m plus bonus
Cape Town
Our client is a top performing boutique Investment firm based in Cape Town.
This is a stand alone/specialist role that reports directly into the Head of People and is responsible for:
- Utilise multiple sources of information to identify key opportunities and improvements within business areas related to people that would make the business more effective
- Develop change management plans and lead change projects / change initiatives using a structured methodology
- In conjunction with business leaders, and where applicable, collaborate to design and implement solutions that create a work environment in line with their values/ or a great place to work
- Identify common priorities across areas and ensure a common approach that takes into account the overall business goals and strategy
- Help advise business leaders on people and organization matters, approaches and design
- Assist with the implementation of group-wide people operation initiatives
Qualifications and experience
- Relevant degree coupled with 10 years generalist HR experience within a COE with at least 5 years partnering at a executive level.
- Generalist capabilities which includes change management, organizational design and business partnering
- Certified to manage and implement projects and programs
