Duties and Responsibilities:
•Allocate payables and receivables
•Capture regular payments on the system
•Ensure all supplier invoices are received
•Invoicing – regular invoices, rental invoicing
•Maintain bank beneficiaries
•Create VAT report
•Prepare and process month-end payments
•Bank reconciliation
•Double check chargeable jobs
•Apply for credit from Suppliers
•Book accommodation, flights and/or car rental
•Manage travel allowance
•Manage staff claims
•Debtor and creditor queries
•Inventory count
•General administration
Job Experience and Skills Required:
•Minimum year working experiences 1 - 3 years in Accounts / Financial department
•Minimum grade 12
•Qualification beneficial or studying towards a qualification in accounting
•Computer Literacy (MS Office - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is preferable)
•Knowledge and/or experience in SageOne – advantageous
•Financial acumen
•Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast-paced environment
•Team player
•Time Management
•Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Must have good administration skills and discipline
•Must be proactive and have own initiative
•Must be organized
•Must have a good numerical ability and must be accurate (attention to detail)
•Valid driver’s license
