Follow up on SETA Grant payments to clients
Determine Clients training needs
Collect all required information for the WSP/ATR submission
Draft WSP/ATR in prescribed format and according to the
WSP/ATR preparation checklist
Identify all SETA funding opportunities and inform all SDF
Clients
Arrange regular meeting with all SDF clients.
Assist with preparation and submission of learnership and
skills Programme agreements
Assist with learner registration onto the SETA system
Assist with completing Grant Claim Forms (SARS IT180)
Collect all the required information for the WSP/ATR
discretionary grant application submission
Submit the WSP/ATR electronically via the SETA system
Source experienced facilitators with relevant assessor
registration and valid scope.
Provide facilitators with Roll out plans/ Training schedules
Follow up on training
Ensure timeous submission of learner attendance, learner
and facilitator feedback and assessed Portfolio of Evidence.
Conduct site visits when required
Manage all facilitators logistics e.g. Accommodation
arrangements.
Book off site training venues in advance according to the roll
out plans.
Ensure the training venue comply with the health and safety
requirements.
Update roll out plans in the event of changes in the training
dates and inform learners and facilitator accordingly.
Send clients and learners reminders of upcoming training
dates and on ongoing basis.
Arrange timely printing of training material
Ensure proper binding
