Key Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and assist with financial reporting requirements
- Conduct tax compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulations
- Maintain and manage the fixed asset register
- Assist with VAT submissions and related filings
- Analyse foreign exchange movements and report on variances
- Co-ordinate and support external audit processes
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Completed SAICA articles or CA(SA) qualification
- 3 years’ experience within an audit firm
- Essential: Exposure to a multinational environment
- Experience within a commercial environment advantageous
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance
- High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
- Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
