Ensure compliance with Scheme systems, processes and policies; Support year-end financial management and reporting activities; Assisting with year-end audit; Be the link between the outsourced Administrators and finance division in partnership with other divisions; Assist the various divisions with annual budgeting process; Building partnerships and strong relationships with SMs and their teams and providing financial support to commercial decision making; Delivering analysis and insight on business opportunities; providing options and scenarios for business decisions; Challenging current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible; Understanding the cost drivers of the Scheme and providing insight to non-finance staff members; Drafting reports and presentations as and when required; Adhere to all project deadlines allocated to finance division; Be the link between Finance division, project team and other stakeholders; Support drafting of Committee to FM – Strategic Support for review; Advise on financial management policies, processes, standards and procedures; Ensure deadlines are met at all times; Provide input on the divisions operational plan
Deg Accountancy or management accounting; CA (SA) or CIMA preferred; 5 years financial /accounting/auditing and management reporting experience; Extensive knowledge of accounting systems, processes and policies
