Duties and Responsibilities:Processing of Multiple Companies that includes full Accounting Service:
- Sales Invoices
- Purchases Invoices
- Bank Statements / Petty Cash Processing
- Bank Reconciliations
- General Ledger Accounts Processing
- Month End Accounts & Journal Processing / Reconciliations
- Monthly Management Accounts drafting
- Creditors & Debtors Statement Reconciliations
- Cash Flow Forecasts as and when required
- VAT knowledge & practical experience in preparation & submissions.
- CIPC: New Company Registrations & Annual Returns.
- EMP201 & EMP501 knowledge & practical experience on reconciliation & submissions.
- SARS Efiling submissions
- U Filing submissions
- Understanding of Labour registrations & submissions
- Compiling of Financial Statement Workings
- Pastel Partner Accounting Package Knowledge
- Any Bookkeeping certification advantage is not a requirement as ongoing training and training courses will be provided and made available to candidates
- Computerized Applications: Word & Excell
- Knowledge of Bookkeeping Practices
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Matric
- Working Experience 2 Years Plus
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet monthly deadlines
