Meeting specific month-end deadlines in a timely manner
Capture financial entries, review financial performance, and distribute financial reports
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Fixed Asset management including applications, additions, disposal, depreciation, and related accounting entries
Prepare Exco packs and PDF documents
Maintain internal control and compliance with company policies
Adhoc tasks as and when requested
Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications:
Matric
BCom/BCom Honours
Completed SAIPA Articles
Experience:
At least 3 years experience in an accountant role
Experience using Microsoft excel
Must be interested in being a part of the operational side of the business
Skills & Competencies:
Great interpersonal skills
Must be adaptable
Must be reliable
Performance-driven
Great attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint
