Relevant Tertiary Degree
At least 5 years general financial management experience
At least 3 years auditing experience (Articles Completed)
At least 5 years middle management experience
Previous experience working in an international company
Total Staff in Responsibility Area: 5
Lead, direct and control the financial management and reporting of the SA legal entities
Support the Head of Finance and SA MD to implement strategic and operational targets and activities to secure and grow the company business in SA
Manage, lead and coach the finance team
Prepare and submit annual financial statements
Comply with the various financial policies and procedures as determined by the company and its H.O.
Preparation and submission of reporting packages
Preparation of various general ledger reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items
Internal control coordinator for the company
Preparation of information for external auditors, internal auditors and other authorities
Responsible for external audits and financial statements
Taxation - returns, payments, assessments of the entities
Provision of support services to others with the department and company
Provision of financial and management accounting services to business departments
Ensure integrity / security of / access to accounting and financial administrative infrastructure
