Processing bulk sales invoices for payments
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON XERO - NOT NEGOTIABLE!
● PostStripe, Paypal and bank receipts and payments in Xero
● Reconcile sales with Stripe, Shopify, Amazon, Kindle.
● Liaise with the sales team to create and send bespoke invoices to our customers, check and report on payments
● Fill in the g-sheets related to sales
● Liaise with the debt control/customer services team in regards to raising balancing invoices
MIN REQUIREMENTS:
● AR bookkeeping experience
● Xero, Google, Excel - advanced
● Stripe experience - creating invoices and subscriptions, creating new products, retrieving bank transfers from Stripe, changing customer details, etc
● Working with different currencies
● Great verbal and written communication skills
● Experience with Slack, Zoom, Skype, Asana - an advantage
Working from home on UK timezone from 8.30am to 5.30pm GMT (40hrs/week) - own equipment and broadband with speeds of 35BPS and above
