Job Summary
Company based in Hillcrest, KZN is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper | Assistant Accountant, with a strong personality, focused, pays attention to detail, organised and methodical. Salary R14 000 - R16 500 negotiable.
Responsibilities:
• Capturing job cards onto QuickBooks
• Stock Control
• Mass balance after each load (ISCC)
• Admin functions as required
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• In addition, help with collections, billing and journal entries, performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed
• Making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.
• Debtors, Creditors, VAT, PAYE & Reconciliations
Requirements:
• Must have Accounting experience
• Debtors & Creditors
• VAT & PAYE experience
• Reconciliation & Invoicing experience
• QuickBooks experience will be an advantage
• Must have at least 2 contactable references
• Clear criminal record & ITC
