Responsibilities:
Customer Management project across the group, with interrelated tasks which includes:
• To effectively liaise with Stakeholders and drive deliverables.
• To manage ensure relevant documentation is produced and stored i.e., Project scope, Legal Contracts [MOU, MSA, SLA, TD], project plans, risk registers, decision registers, business requirements, business cases, functional specifications/stories, and test packs.
• To oversee project meetings, escalations and change control process
• Concise Project budgeting
• Manage the delivery of project communication and reporting
• Effectively manage project resources and expectations
•
Must have:
• Project Management [NQF 5]
• Minimum 3 years proven track record in systematically managing multiple projects.
• Experience in managing projects within budget, scope, and schedule
• Financial Literacy: Must have experience in Finance, Banking & Technology
