The candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess great attention to detail and work well under pressure to join their vibrant team.
Requirements:
• Previous Debt Collection experience a must
• understanding the Bank Industry is essential and advantageous
• Understanding of the Debt Collections Act and procedures advantageous
• Computer Literate on MS Office
• Matric Certificate
The responsibilities in summary but not limited to, includes:
• Collection of outstanding debt
• Reconciliation of accounts & allocation of payments
• Daily management of arrears
• Achieving 24h turnaround time Bank debt collection candidates required for bank industry.
Must be able to communicate telephonically to all Clients
