Job Summary
Someone who is easily able to grasp the concepts of manufacturing finance, from cost accounting to the bill of quantities, to general plant management and people management, and has a proven ability to build relationships within Ethiopian culture.Resilient, adaptable, agile, and able to work in the head office as well as be present in the plant as much as possible.
SAGE experience would be advantageous, but mostly a proven track record of working on a solid accounting system from a manufacturing finance perspective.
Complex environment and this person needs to be on top of the accounts as they happen. They need to know what's happening from a liquidity perspective and what's happening from a supply chain and plant perspective.
