Job Summary

What you will be doing: To drive strategic and tactical aspects of discovering; validating; documenting; and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modelling; simulating and analysing current and future states; focusing on complex business outcomes using technical expertise; in line with the business strategy.This position requires an experienced Process Engineer who has a good understanding of Business Analysis and exceptional Enterprise Business Processes. Responsibilities include assessing, analysing, engineering, optimising, documenting, implementing, and testing end-to-end enterprise business processes. The candidate must also be able to interact with the business community at all levels, from facilitating design workshops and conducting end user training to leading presentations to senior management and executive level stakeholders.Identifying and defining opportunities for automation using tools such as Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), workflow and BPM solutions, document and content management and service-oriented integration to business systemsInteract with technical BPM-Designers and BPM-Developer where process automation options are identified.Facilitate the business requirements to the technical teams. Assists the technical teams with business process designs guidance,Work with BPM-technical teams, automating business processes, perform process simulations, present "to be"-process automation demos to business users, etc.Document processes and procedures using standard methodologies and tools (ARIS).Contributing to the specification of requirements for automation and integrationContributing to the development, quality control and delivery of end user training materialDefining formal and structured test cases to ensure that the business processes as well as the required system functionality are thoroughly testedImplementing and quality control of process designs into automation enablers such as Business Activity Monitoring, workflow and BPM solutions and content management tools and performing testing throughout all project phasesPlanning and coordinating the implementation of the solution to end users, including providing hand-holding and first-level support at the coalfaceAnalysis and documentation of the realization of business benefitsExecution of service delivery from SDLC and Agile way of workingWhat we are looking for:Completed IT/BSc degree or any other related required.5 -10 years relevant process experienceBusiness Analysis certificationAgile experience require Please note that if you do not hear from us within 3 weeks, consider your application unsuccessful.
