Job Summary

ND/B.Tech/B.Com/BBA/MBL/MBA;Comp.Lit; 5-10 yrs’ food/beverages procurement, incl. contract and supplier mngt of food/ bev. raw materials/ingredients/packaging materials/services. Translate short/long term customer demand/forecasts into procurement strategy/mitigate supply risk/ensure business remains competitive during commodity cycles; eval. challenges/climate change/shipping constraints faced by business/take action to mitigate risks/dev opportunities; ensure purchasing strategies/SOP in place to meet business objectives/operational needs re. price/QC/delivery targets, create/ implement best practice purchasing vision/strategy/policies/ processes/procedures to aid/CI business performance; mngt of purchasing policy/guidelines/any associated docs; contribute to overall business strategy/annual budget process/responsible for prep. of purchasing and raw material budgets across business/ analyse/enhance purchasing strategies. Develop/maintain relationships with key bulk traders/strengthen established supplier relationships/build new ones through face-to-face interaction with suppliers around the world. Responsible for all procurement activities/ mngt procurement team/cross-functional interactions/ management stock availability for Production and Sales teams/ inventory levels/maintain all safety and quality standards/comply with all company policies.
