Site Agent required by Building Contractor.
The role requires an Individual with at least 15 years’ experience as a Site Agent who has run Multi Million Rand Commercial New Build and Refurbishment projects. A minimum of a National Diploma is needed.
The role will require full function control of all elements of the building process to ensure execution of the project on time and within budget.
You will be required to Supervise subcontractors, manage materials, planning labour, implementing the programme, dealing with site professionals and client, preparing cost and progress reports for senior management, chairing site meetings and too have an overall view of all health and safety on site.
This is a demanding role and will suit an experienced and seasoned building professional.
