Job Summary
Disabled Female BEE Candidates required for a Senior Administration position based in Kathu
Must have Matric AND any other Qualification (Diploma or of relevance) as an Administrator or in the field of administration.

5 – 7 Years’ experience in Office Administration
Must have excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Social Media, Pastel or Photoshop
People Skills
Experience and Understanding:
Understanding of the SHEQ policies, procedures, and work according to approved organizational systems without deviating
Overseeing general office operation when required.
Greeting visitors, answering of incoming phone calls.
Coordinating appointments and meetings (taking minutes when requested by management) and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Booking of travel & accommodation
Delegate assignments upon management request to ensure maximum productivity of administration team.
Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Produce reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts upon management request.
Slowly but surely take over the responsibility of Office Budget and approval of PO’s.
Assist with budget control on projects & receipt of customer orders.
Track the costings on projects upon management request.
Create presentations and other management-level reports when requested.
Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Address employee queries regarding office management issues
Organize office operations and procedures.
Partner with HR to update and maintain Office Policies as necessary.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Send weekly open order report and assisting Reps/Clients with queries
Drive the approval and authorization (manage the paper pack) for new suppliers.
