District Manager needed in Randfontein, North West/ Steelpoort
Valid Driver's License
All relevant Documents MUST be included with CV
MUST be willing to travel to different sites as needed
Must have some Sales Experience.
Be able to guide a team with solution implementation.
Must know the Mining Culture.
Chemical Process or Water Treatment Background will be beneficial.
Experience:
Take full responsibility of all District affairs as the District Manager 16.2 appointee
Manage all District incidents/accidents and making sure of reporting to Senior Management, Specific Clients and managing complete events, where there is IOD’s involved.
Achieving District Contribution to Company Targets and Growth
Manage Customer Relationships
Manage service and Sales Reps.
Identify other opportunities on current Customer Sites.
Addressing Customer Concerns / Complaints timeously
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
District Staff and Contract employees Management
Recruiting, setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of representatives
Manage Organizational SHEQ Programme successfully.
Ensure Compliance to Clients’ Safety Specifications and applicable legislations.
Reporting Performance and Forecasts to Senior Management
Ensure compliance to applicable legislations in District.
Ensure full participation, consultation and communication through Safety Meetings with all personnel.
Consult with the SHEQ Department in developing training needs analysis and train employees to empower and ensure safe execution of tasks.
Ensure all employees have gone through site specific engagement processes such as (security screening, entry medicals, induction and any other required training on that specific site). This shall be always kept valid.
Other Requirements:
Ensure that copies of all reports and correspondence generated by you in the course of your duty are filed electronically or as hardcopies.
Understand fully client’s scope of work and expected deliverables.
Ensure District and Site-Specific Safety meetings are held as scheduled and meeting minutes recorded for continual improvements and future references.
Adhere to all SHEQ requirements and legislation
Be prepared to assume responsibility for specific accounts and systems as requested by management.
Prepare information and attend meetings required by management
Experience MUST be Fully listed on CV
Maintain confidentiality
Be prepared to work outside of normal business hours
