A well-established Mining Company is looking for an experienced Safety Officer Processing to be based in the North West!
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Blasting Certificate or Valid Trade Certificate
• SAMTRAC and Chamber of Mines 1 and 2
• Diploma in Mining Engineering or National Diploma in Safety Management
• 5 years’ experience in a Surface or Underground Mining environment (Processing / Services / Engineering)
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensure legal safety compliance, mine policies, code of practices, standard rules, and procedures in respect of safety issues in a designated area of responsibility.
