Requirements:
Minimum Matric
Strong selling and prospecting skills.
Minimum 5 years selling experience in the mining industry
Great communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Good presentation skills.
Experienced in closing deals.
Proven track record in winning new business
Positive attitude, high level energy and self -motivated with plenty of initiative.
Must be able to work independently and yet still function as part of a team.
Must have existing customer base
Must be willing to travel
Duties:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager
Achieve monthly sales targets
Source quality customers (cold call, prospecting) and close deals
Plan and set up appointments with customers
Deal with customers professionally at all times
Complete weekly call sheets reports
Update CRM data build on a daily basis
Provide excellent after sales service
Growing and assisting sales in other sectors
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Seek new opportunities for the application of suspended platforms
Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Operations Director to identify and evaluate new markets and target clients.
Pitch new and existing products and services to potential customers
Prepare and submit proposals and presentations
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Build a strong Pipeline
Acquire ongoing product knowledge to keep a step ahead
Additional duties as assigned from time to time
