TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT STAFF
Main responsibilities:
* General Marketing of products
* Designing & Estimating of DC solutions to customers' requirements, DC load calculations,
Battery calculations, battery stand & accessories.
* Assess technical requirements and estimate costings + recommend pricing for quotes &
tenders
* Prep quote/ tender docs (drawings, datasheets, technical compliance etc)
* Managing orders & tenders both internally and at customer level
* Monitor order progress & performance
* Provide technical support for external & internal customers
* Handling of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
* Regular liaison with customers including site visits
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* National Diploma Electrical Engineering (Light current)
* Min 3 - 5 years' experience in handling projects/ contracts
* Sales experience in AC/ DC industry
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects, Lotus Notes, SYSPRO)
* Knowledge of DC power systems
