Job Summary

WORKSHOP MANAGER Requirement: Must have a diesel mechanic or auto machinist trade certificate. Must have previous experience with engine assembly or engine components machining. Must understand the dynameter. Must be able to communicate at all levels. Must be computer literate. Duties will include: Staff management. Forecasting and budgeting. Motivating staff and meeting targets. Problem solving skills at all levels. Communication with clients and remote employees. manage quotes and invoicing.
