Job Summary
Our client has an amazing opportunity available for a Human Resources Officer based in Randburg.
Requirements:
- Matric with National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in the Human Resources environment – required.
- 3+ years proven record in Human Resources administration – required.
- Human Resources systems experience would be advantageous.
- Exposure in Labour Relations would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for:
- The recruitment process administration from end-to-end.
- The administration of Employee Relations or IR matters.
- For training administration and updating employee training records.
- The Employee Onboarding process.
- Support implementation of Human Resources initiatives and systems.
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Oversee all Human Resources systems and troubleshoot, assist users and resolve queries.
