Job Summary

There is a position available for a call center agent with experience in a motor industry call center, this position is situated in Johannesburg. Job Description: Allocating Sales Leads to the sales executives. Following up with the sales executive. Incoming calls to direct to all departments. Outbound calls to allocate sales leads. Calling missed calls and directing to the right department. Call customers to check the service received by sales executive. Assisting with service bookings. Will from time to time fill in any reception area for Ford if the ladies are absent. Working hours 7am to 5pm, Mon-Friday. 2 Saturdays a month. 7h30 -12h30 Must have Minimum 2 years Call center experience preferably within the motor industry.
