Service Station Manager with proven experience in the fuel industry/service station or retail.
Candidate must have at least a Minimum of 5 years automotive retail experience, Computer skills, an understanding of the retail as well as a Minimum 2 years General Management experience in the automotive industry environment, and previous supervisory skills are essential.
Must have matric, drivers license, and both excellent communication and customer skills. Diploma in Marketing Management would be advantageous.
The Manager will take charge a full running of the site.
Key duties will include:
Improving customer service levels; managing stock levels; achieving sales and profit
targets; supervising staff; merchandising; purchasing stock; stock control; housekeeping;
training and all administrative duties.
Manage forecourt, shop, and kitchen.
Must have dealt with stock, hygiene and health and safety.
