Requirements:
- Manage daily workflow
- Work towards achieving monthly targets
- Work on Saturdays
- Be able to work overtime if required
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Manage booking calendar
- Receive and handover customer vehicles
- Attend to fleet and private customers
- Carry out pre-inspection
- Open Job cards
- Plan and allocate daily jobs [technicians]
- Manage work in progress with technicians & fellow service
advisors
- Assist telephonic, email, and walk-in customers
- Quote customers [booked in and walk in]
- Plan and manage drivers
- Time manage [parts ordered and received]
- Carry out final quality control inspections with technicians
- Discuss invoice with the customer and receive payment
- Nurture and expand customer base
- Work towards monthly targets
