POSITION SUMMARY
An expanding premium dealership is seeking a stock controller for our Johannesburg Branch. We offer a market based salary with added benefits such as medical aid contributions and pension fund.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor and control vehicles together with keys delivered to or released
2. Input accurate vehicle information into the system for each vehicle received and or released
3. Accurately account for all vehicles, match the checks to the information provided on the system : i.e.
4. Account number, Vehicle Identification number (VIN), make, model, year, mileage, colour, extras, etc
5. Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles, parking etc
6. Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
7. Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and provide support through effective networking
8. Provide continuous progress report feedback to the management team
9. Assisting with invoicing
10. Assisting with vehicle ledgers
11. Assisting in advertising and marketing at the dealership
12. Advertising and reconditioning of cars
13. Assisting with trade covers as and when required and movement of cars to traders
14. Checking vehicle specifications
