Automotive service advisor with an extensive knowledge of vehicle repairs & maintenance required for a busy mechanical workshop. Duties include: 1. Booking of vehicles 2. Quotations/ Invoicing 3. Excellent communication skills when liaising with customers as to correct repair methods & up-selling of further repairs to be carried out on the vehicle 4. Ordering of spares 5.
