Duties and Responsibilities:
Invoicing of customer orders as per requirements
On time parts inspection from external service provider
On time departure of all shipments (delays to be communicated to Dealers)
Ensure the invoice, matches the manifest, matches what is being loaded and dispatched
Ensure 100% Quality Audits of all parts in accordance with Quality standards and Group Guidelines
Maintain Work Instructions/processes and ensure all competent
Adhere to and manage employees in accordance with policies, procedures and industrial relations
Maintain all Quality standards and requirements
Maintain all OHS standards and requirements
Continuous Improvement of operational processes
Consistent meetings and presentations with client to be effectively executed
Maintain housekeeping, 5S and 9 types of waste
