Manage and ensure smooth running of Inbatec.
Drive all JDE related processes
Ensure achievement of daily production targets
Manage associates in accordance with Policies and Procedures.
Ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with specifications.
Participate in problem solving with other departments.
Manage absenteeism and time keeping within co. norms.
Ensure that all associates adhere to health and safety rules and housekeeping requirements.
Manage and Control Expenses in the department.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Constantly measure employee performance and give assistance where and when necessary.
Ensure the mini-business area is kept up to date and reflects the team’s KPAs
Create Work Orders for all Formations.
Manage & oversee shop floor operations relating to RF Smart scanner functions.
Manage stock movement between Branch Plants.
Minimum Requirements:
A Mechanical Engineering and Production Qualification will be an added advantage
A National Diploma in Production Management or Operations Management Diploma (NQF Level 6).
Studying towards the above will be an added advantage.
JDE experience essential
At least 3-5 years Production Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing / Automotive environment
Knowledge of quality concepts
Willingness to work shifts
Knowledge of Basic Industrial Relations
