A vacancy has arisen for a invoicing clerk to assist the bookkeeper with effective
administrative and invoicing support at Halfway Toyota George.
The successful candidate will be responsible for vehicle administration, vehicle invoicing
and stocking of vehicles which includes updating vehicle ledgers/maintaining vehicle
records and database, Issuing vehicle order numbers - Internal/external and petty cash -
issuing out and reconciling floats
The successful candidate must be matriculated and have a valid drivers license.
Applicants must have some experience in an administrative capacity in the Motor
Industry. Must be computer literate.
The successful applicant must be friendly, vibrant, be able to work under pressure and
be able to carry out the relevant duties given without hesitance.
