We are looking for an exceptional receptionist to work in the administrative front desk. Successful will ensure to greet clienteles, be in charge of giving customers directions to various parts of the office and sorting and distributing mails
Responsibilities
Assist customer find ways around the office
Greet visitors and customers with a, helpful and positive attitude
Prepare training and meeting rooms
Forward and answer and screening phone calls
Assist Co staff with administrative duties
Distribute and sort mails
Schedule appointments
Answer phone calls in a professional manner and also rout calls
Perform administrative tasks|
Maintain exceptional customer service.
Assist with administrative duties including making travel plans, faxing, copy and take notes
Skills
Excellent Grade 11 and 12 . Diploma / Degree or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Consistently dress in a professional manner
Exceptional time management abilities
Previous experience as a receptionist or similar. Without experience will be trained by our professional team
Competency in computer systems, been able to use MS packages
Experience with clerical and administrative procedures.
