A Front Desk/Receptionist position is available at a well-known, upmarket residential estate on the North Coast of KZN. Duties include managing incoming calls, email enquiries and filing; managing walk-ins and making visitors feel welcome; providing general administrative assistance to the office team; making sure all reception and all common areas are tidy and in a clean condition; stocking up on office stationary.
The role is for Monday – Friday between 07h45 and 16h00.
The candidate should have a bright and bubbly personality who loves customer service; can deal with emotional or discourteous people in a polite patient manner; be flexible and adaptable with a good grasp of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook; must be able to multi-task and cope well under pressure. Previous experience as a receptionist with great people skills would be an advantage.
