Location: Weavind Park, Pretoria
- Must have advanced excel skills
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have own vehicle (non-negotiable)
- Answering phone calls.
- Responding to all emails.
- Managing the Whatsapp line.
- Handling all client queries & complaints.
- Responding to all social media messages such as Instagram and Facebook
- Handling the communication line between the courier company we make use of and the owner of the company.
- Update the owner on a daily basis on urgent orders/ queries that need to be taken care of.
- Run a showroom once a month on a Saturday from 8 am - 2 pm (if there are bookings for that day).
- Book all showroom appointments on the calendar.
- You will be working hand in hand with the person in charge of purchasing, the designer, the wrapper, and the driver.
- Handling all and any extra tasks that the owner might hand over to you on a daily basis.
- Updating any and all administrative data that includes: client information; Product information; information that changes on excel.
- Updating all information on the online data capturing system.
