We are a fast growing Renewable Energy Business, based in Randburg, Johannesburg, in need of an experienced Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support and general assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Requirements needed:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- At least 3/5 years experience in as a P.A
- Matric (Grade 12)- Project Management Skills/Abilities
- High sense of Responsibility & Good Organization Skills
- Extremely Efficient
- Computer literacy essential – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive, taking initiative and to work in high
stress situations
- Own transportation
- Some Technical Knowledge is an advantage
- Must be Non Smoker
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as a point of contact: dealing with correspondence and
phone calls
- Travel, transport and Accommodation Arrangements
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and
correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative
systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
