A vibrant real estate company situated in the East of Pretoria is looking to employ an energetic vibrant sales and admin assistant. This position is a full-time office-based post, operating in normal office hours.
The position requires the following attributes from the applicant:
Must have a sense of urgency, excellent time management, organising and systematic admin skills.
Be able to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet based programs such as drafting and loading advertisements on different marketing platforms and brochures)
Fluent in social media management.
Exceptionally good telephone communication and writing skills as well as good personal skills.
Speaking English fluently.
Cold calling of clients is required.
Own transport will be a huge advantage.
The position does not require any experience of real estate, although any experience in this field will be to the applicant’s advantage. Remuneration is structured with a basic salary of R9500-00 p.m. The position does have a commission incentive structure on top of the basic salary. Any experience in this field might have an impact on a higher basic salary.
