Job Description:
• We are looking for Highly Energetic and Self Motivated Call Center Agents with good communication skills around Pretoria for appointment settings.
• Candidates must be target oriented, Self Disciplined and able to absorb pressure.
• Selected candidates have to perform excellent customer service to our American Clients.
• They must be able to work Night Shift.
• Candidates must have high Integrity and positive energy.
• Live and breathe sales!
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly targets.
Requirements:
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with tele-sales/Call Centre: 2 years (Required).
