As an experienced Administration Assistant, you will be supporting the business in the production of on-site administration and carry out the following tasks:
Photocopying, printing and scanning of documents in line with business processes
Preparing post to be sent as required
Locating documents from physical files for copying/scanning or other actions
Closure of physical files and preparation of files for archiving to Iron Mountain
Maintaining physical files in line with business process and regulatory requirements
Downloading/uploading of documents from CD/memory sticks to relevant systems
We are keen to hear from candidates who share our values of teamwork and client focus. A similar background in a legal environment would be ideal, with experience of:
Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft systems.
Knowledge of relevant document and case management systems.
Excellent administration / organisational skills.
Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels.
A good team spirit with proven team working skills.
Good attention to detail and concern for accuracy and quality of work
Excellent communication skills.
