We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator who lives around the Sandton area or can access 1 taxi in and out of Sandton’s main areas. The successful candidate will sign a 12-month contract which will be renewed yearly based on the employee’s performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately recording all financial transactions.
• Managing Supplier and client accounts.
• Assisting with Payroll.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Assisting with the drafting and implementation of systems and procedures.
• Attending to client’s needs as and when required.
Qualification and Experience
• A tertiary level accounting qualification or other equivalent Accounting/ Management Accounting /Costing qualification.
• At least 4 years’ financial/management accounting experience.
• At least 4 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
