Main Purpose of job:
• Assist Regional Manager with work requirement
• Communication and troubleshooting until it has been
closed,
• Manage the materials stock/consume plan,
• Reporting and dealing with those company processes.
• Manage excel trackers and report daily to management
• Uploading of documents of databases.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive
maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining
equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and
techniques.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project scope
and prepare status reports for management
Job specific and Requirements:
• Proficient computer skills including a proficiency in various
software used such as: MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS
Word,
• must have 2-5 years of experience in administrative role
and should have field maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability
to establish and maintain cooperative and harmonious
working relationship within a multicultural work
environment.
• Excellent communication skills. Drives and participates in
negotiations, understands changes and subsequent
impacts, and able to communicate these changes
effectively to the team.
• Willingness to work and respond to customer complains 24
x 7.
