Office administration qualification from reputable institution
PC literate, especially Excel
Proven basic accounting knowledge
Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Reliable transport and valid driver's license
General administrative tasks.
Answering calls and handling queries, transfers, messages, etc.
Liaising with staff, clients, suppliers, etc.
Attending meetings, taking minutes and dictation.
Conducting research on the internet as required, quotes, new products.
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.
Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
Assisting marketing department with ordering, dispatching of items sent to outlets, marketing material, etc.
Assisting finance department with stock takes at shop level, delivery notes recons, etc.
Daily printing of production sheets, delivery notes, delivery logs, etc.
Data capturing of stock sheets, production forms, order sheets, customer information, etc.
Daily invoicing, general journal entries, capturing sales and purchases, etc.
Liaising with creditors/debtors on payments, invoices, statements, etc.
Report directly to Financial and Managing Directors and Management Accountant.
Basic salary + provident fund
