Prepare relevant reports required
Organize and Manage files and records
Perform related tasks like filing documents and ordering office supplies
Precisely enter data into various software programs within corresponding fields
Correct and Identify data entering errors using appropriate quality control methods
Process and receive invoices for payment then update invoice details accordingly
Skills
Excellent computer abilities
Excellent Grade 12 and 11.Diploma, degree in any field of specialty. Successful candidate with experience will be trained by our professional management team
Working knowledge of MS package
1-3 years of data entry experience or relevant office experience
Accurately and quickly to enter data into a computer
Attention to details abilities
Analytically thinking skills
Knowledgeable with office equipment including scanner, telephone, computer, photocopier and calculator
