What is human resources?

HR Courses and Qualifications

In some cases companies will also employ individuals who have psychology degrees. Majoring in psychology will help you get a solid understanding of the psychological motivations that govern human behaviour. This will help you become a good human resources employee.

If you are ambitious enough to move up the career ladder you may find yourself in the position of a director of human resources where you can expect to earn an average of R879 156 per annum.
