Hi, are there opportunities (in South Africa) to become a paramedic that specializes in outdoor emergencies, in particular situations involving hiking, biking, climbing accidents and rural area emergencies (snake bites, poisoning, heatstroke, hypothermia, drowning, fractures, joint reductions, eye injuries, search and rescue, animal attacks, diving emergencies, tropical/bush diseases, altitude sickness, spinal injuries, other typical emergencies that are more probable in the outdoors and rural wilderness ). Are these courses internationally accepted. Thank you.
