The Al Bustan Zoological Center is a registered, privately owned Zoo in the Sharjah Emirates, 45 km from Dubai. It has a diverse collection of mammals and birds including a Cheetah Breeding Center.

Remuneration:
• A tax free all inclusive package of USD1700.00 per month.

Qualifications:

Over the past seven years, we have become the market leader in supplying up-market, fully furnished, self catering business accommodation to Corporates in Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Johannesburg, Nelspruit and Cape Town.

Criteria:
• At least 3 years experience in the Real Estate Industry
• At least 3 years management experience (middle management)
• At least three years experience in residential property rentals
• Must be a qualified Estate Agent
• Good understanding of Contract Law essential
• Accounting I at University or Technikon level and experience in Pastel or QuickBooks
• Between the age of 35 and 45
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Computer literate
• Own transport and code 08 drivers license
• No criminal record

4. Remuneration and working hours:
• The monthly salary is R8,000 per month plus commission
• Working hours is from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday
