Job Specification
Manage and lead the Quality Assurance & laboratory departments Inspecting, measuring, testing and reporting on all product to the level of quality as prescribed.
Design, implement and maintain systems and best practices.
To collaborate with the Production Teams to ensure the overall objectives of the Quality and food safety.
Prepare and coordinate external and internal audits.
Conduct and lead relevant laboratory, hygiene, sanitation and supplier quality audits within the Unit, identify problem areas and draw up action lists.
Analyse and monitor consumer complaint trends and follow-up on red alerts.
Monitor non-conformance measurements and implement relevant quality improvement plans.
Ensure the traceability of all materials and product.
Legislative Compliance i.r.t. Quality Assurance.
